Default Cam gear tq spec

I'm in the middle of installing my cam gears, so I have the belt on and all the timing marks lined up but here's the problem. What do I tq the gears down too? One of my friends said just tighten them down, that doesn't sound like such a good idea. Does anyone know the tq specs for the cam gears on a B16A2?
