Default cam gear settings????

My friend drives a 99 si with skunk2 intake manifold, bbk 70mm throttle body, aem cai, dc headers 4-1, aem cam gears.....what is a good setting for his exhaust and intake cams????? any help would be great....thanks...

Spade's response is the correct one, but in your position this is what I would try. Adjust your intake 2 degrees advanced, and retard the exhaust 1 degree. On a similar setup that helped across, since your getting better low to mid and adjusting the overlap. IMPORTANT- readjust your ignition timing. Go test it out with your butt dyno and see how it feels. From there go 1 degree each way 1 at a time, readjust your ignition timing and see how it feels. Remember, every motor is different, so you just have to find the sweet spot, but you may be happy with the Intake 2 A and the Exhaust 1 R adjustment.

BTW, don't go more than 4 degrees either way unless you are sure your valves can clear the pistons.
