Cam gear settings
Anyone know any good cam gear setting along with the ignition timing set together...I know dyno is the best place to find out... but just wanna mess around due to low budget at the time...I have a b16 Del sol with I/H/E... thanks for the help.

Re: Cam gear settings (JohnsGSXR)
Start with stock ignition timing and set intake and exhaust gears at +2 degrees. you should be able to tell a difference, then tinker with the intake gear +/- 1/2 degree. I wouldn't go to crazy with it though, probably no more than 3 degrees. Make sure to fill up with premium gas or you might get detonation.

My cams are set to 0 on the intake and -2 exhaust . I think most B-16's run the same settings , it should be set like that. I would'nt mess around to much cause if your budget is tight now imagine how tight it will be if you destroy you'r motor.
