Default cam gear question

Are all b series cam gears the same? I have a b20b and theres a b18 cam gear lying around in my cousins place. Im interedted in installing it but the fact that they are different motors are the cam gears alike. Comparing it to the SOHC I've been hearing that its a half tooth off so would this be the same for b series.

Why do you want to replace a cam gear? Is your old one damaged?

Naw, stock to aftermarket replacement. I've searched and didnt really find the answer. At the same time when I go ebay it says for all b series so i guess they are all the same.

it depends on the head, i know that for the majority of their b20b's honda used the b18b head.
