Default Cam Degree Question

I need some advices, I want to buy a Cam degree kit for dohc vtec engines.
Somebody can give me a clue on brands and quality.

the only kit that i know of is the belbin kit. everyone else, such as myself make their own things work.

I need it for a B18c1.
