Cam caps out of order. Problem?

Cam caps out of order. Problem?

If someone removes cams, is it possible to get the cam caps out of order? Like if they don't mark where they came from and then mix them up.

If so, how do you fix it? Are the caps marked for position?

There should be some numbers on them and arrows pointing in the correct direction.

yup and the arrow is suppose to point towards the timing belt.

And they have "I" and "E" stamped on them.
