Well i just got a 98 EK9 yesterday...it black, bone stock, etc.. my buddy has a LS/vtec setup that he would sell to me for $1800. i'm not entirely sure of what is gonna come with it, i'm still gonna go check it out. but i was just wondering wat is your LS/vtec set-ups?? and wat would be a good LS/VTEC all motor set-up(i.e. ecu, internals, etc..)
i'm pretty new to Hondas..I know more bout Supras then Hondas, but i sold my supra and i'm driving a EK9 now(i always wanted one). It's weak but it saves me more on gas. As of right now i'm just gonna be concentrating on looks(ie lips, suspension work, wheels, etc..) until i have the money for the swap, so i'm just researching about the LS/Vtec because i hear a lot of people have problems wit them. So yea, any info or suggestions would be great.

Well thats alot of money for that motor, but if youre gonna be working on the body, I recommend you not to go "body-kit", you might wanna keep the ek clean and go with either mugen or type-r style lips all around, I hate seeing poor innocent hondas looking all poser, and the rims, please pretty please dont go CHROME, gm, or black should get the job done for your ek, laterz!! keep it clean bro!!!

i am plannin on keepin it clean...lips, jdm stuff....bodykits make me gag.

why not GM or black wheels? i might just get some silver wheels and get them powder coated.

anyways as for the Ls/vtec setup, i'm not gonna get it anymore..i might just go wit a h22a swap.
