Default Cable tranny in Hydro car...

Hey guys,
What are your opinions on the HASport Hydro-Cable conversion piece?
Anybody been able to use a cable tranny in a hydro car without this part?
Thanks,
Chris

I just always wonder why they never built a kit to go the other hay (hydro transmission in cable car).

its alot more difficult but it can be done... you have to put in all those hydrolic lines the master and slave cyl... the other way around its just a bracket and some hardware

Yea i've done it before and I really don't like it... Over time it tends to ruin the slave cylinder since it isn't pushing directly straight on as it normally does... as the release arm swings up it pulls away from the center which tends to wear out the O-ring in the slave cylinder over time. It's really easy to setup on the Y1 or YS1 but I think it's just a waste of time... I would just invest in a hydro tranny to begin with... It will pay off in the end.. Good Luck

I think I will just try to make the bracket myself.
Sounds like a neat project...no?
