A/C question
I have '94 civic w/ a b16a. I just change out my clutch with an ACT street clutch, pressure plate, and resurfaced stock flywheel. My A/C didn't feel as cold as I would want it to be, so I decided to check my A/C PSI at the lower port. With the A/C on max, my PSI read between 35-45 PSI(Okay zone) with the compressor on. Every so often the Compressor and Fan would go off, with the A/C still on max, and the PSI would soar up to 55 to 65 (Bad zone). When the Compressor and fan comes back on, PSI would drop back down to 45 PSI. When ever the Comressor would turn off, and then turn back on again, my car feels like it's about to die out. I've actually had my car die out a few times while driving, when the weather is hot as hell, with my A/C on Max. Usually happen when I'm coming to a stop. Hard to tell if it's the A/C that's causing this problem.
Anyways, my question is, is my PSI too high??? Could this be the reason my Car dies out every so often?

We are going to need the HI side press also, the pressure on the LO side is a little high for my tastebut need more info, HI pressure when it cuts off by itself, several things can kill the AC.
