I own a 1999 civic and i recently bought the 96-98 civic navigation unit. Now here's the PROBLEM! Everything works fine except for the A/C. It says "A/C on" when i press it. But cold air does not come out. it just blows air like its on fan. The heaters works fine. and it cant be any fuses because i hooked up my original a/c controls and the a/c works. HELP!!!!
