3.the car when driving with a/c on has been releasing some sort pressure/water "PSssHHSZZZzzZZ''not really sure what it is!

What year was the CRV the compressor came out of?
The "PSssHHSZZZzzZZ" you hear is most likely refrigerant blowing out either through a blow off valve or a leak in the system, it would explain you not getting cold air from the vents when A/C is on, a blow of when A/C is on indicates a restriction, and that is most likely a bad expansion valve, although can be someplace else.

A restriction would result in high head pressure at the compressor that will increase the load on the engine, explains the almost stalling. 94

im not sure what year the compressor came out of, the expansion valve? the high head pressure , yea it gets alot of that. when i first took car home a/c was blowing out that stuff LOUD now its faint but more consistent and now im getting almost no cold air. something has to be bad,

and it im hoping its something faulty so i can get it repaired no money to me because this problem has been happening since i brought car home the a/c has always had a major loud on my car and has always been blowing out that ****. what the hell could it be?

It is refrigerant, [R134a to be specific], most likely coming from the blow-off valve on the back of the compressor. 94
