Default Bypassing IAT question

I have an 06 accord sedan 2.4l ivtec, I want to put a 'k&n cai' but I don't want the full set, is it possible to bypass the IAT sensor that goes on the pipe? My friend was able to do it with a truck, but I have a Honda and he has a truck. Thanks in advance for anyone who helps

You'd need to get a management system like KTuner in order to disable the MAF properly. An RSX or similar IAT can then be wired in so the system still gets IAT information.
