Bushings or Bars?

Bushings or Bars?
Would replacing suspension bushings on a 2003 Honda Civic with Kevlar ones be more effective than just adding tie bars/sway bar? I am trying to save $$ - don't have enough.. If so, where is a good on-line place to order them? How many are on a 2003 Civic DX Sedan?
