BURNT VALVES running open header??????
Im running open header on my B16A.
Today a few people told me that I could get a burnt valves by runnign open header. Is this possible/true?
What causes burnt valves?
Should I put my exhuast back on?

PS: Im runnign open header to save time on install day for my turbo.

Im not really an expert but i have heard that if you run open headers your vavles dont cool enough and there for in some situations burning the valves.
thats a mith, youll have no problems running open headers.
maybe if you took the header off and run it like that...then yeah
