is it bad to drive a fully built turbo engine on long road trips?

My old integra 460hp pump gas drove from Virginia to Florida and back. I had no problems all about how its built of course.

No. Just monitor engine vitals like you would with a factory engine

personally i would drop in fresh oil and then try not to drive aggressively. other than that it will be exactly like a factory engine. technically all engines have to be built at some point a stock engine is a "built" engine too, unless unassembled and in pieces, but i knew what you meant anyways.
