Car is a 91' Civic DX converted to MPFI the motor is a 91' D16 fully built ( pistons , rod.'s , head work , etc. ) Motors in now but everytime I try to start it the car with crank and then start for a second and then shut off. Everytime I pull the spark plugs they're soaked in fuel. The distributer is a re-man. and I've checked all my wiring . Timing belt is dead on and compression is 150 PSi dead even across all cyclinders. Any idea on what the problem could be ?
