Default Building up Tranny....

Ok I am building my 2000 Civic SI to as close or over 450whp as I can. I have ordered a B18c motor to build for my SI. But I am lost on the Tranny this is what I have looked into, but please help me out and get me on track for a good strong solid tranny. I aint good on building transmissions. Thanks

B&M Short Shifter
Quaife LSD
ACT Clutch A14-XTSS
Enjo Driveshaft Stage 3
ACT StreetLite Flywheel
Enjo Transmission Mounts

What about bearings and syncros? Would those be fine, if not what brand should I get and where can I get them? Thanks

Quaife has a fantastic reputation and a lifetime warranty. GearSpeed offers carbon-coated synchros to improve shifting. I'd go with OEM bearings.

Ok thanks, what about the short shifter, flywheel, and all of that I have listed is that good? Then what about these Carbon coated synchros, everyone says Gearspeed.com but when I put that in nothing really comes up.
