your going to need b series axles and half shaft.
a obd2-obd1 jumper and a ecu thats for the motor
a 99-00 si timing belt mount
a 99-00 si rear T mount
and i THINK the integra front torque mounts and tranny mount work (dont quote me), its been a while since i did that swap

your going to need to wire up vtec plugs into your harness...and mine was a cx, so i dont know about the dx but i had to do the IACV plug swap as well. Also, the dx dizzy plug is a obd2 1 plug, the integra will have a obd1 2 plug. So unless you run a obd2 dizzy your going to have to change that

use the integra shift linkage. The integra axles will work fine.

The mounts are acutally the "brackets" and not really per say the rubber mounts. The timing belt mount is the one behind the timing belt cover and bolts to the head. The integra one will bolt up, but its a different length than the si one. Over time it will put wear on that rubber mount.
The rear bracket is just the t shaped one that bolts to the block/trans and connects to the rubber mount. I ordered this brand new from honda since it was a hassle to find used. I actually have these 2 mounts in my shed from my old car i can sell you if your interested.

For reference.
rear t mount

timing belt mount

If i remember correctly each mount was about $40-50.
