Default Bronze shavings???????

Ok this is the story of my mini me swap (take bigggg breathe). I have a 1991 Honda CRX (HF) with a d16a6 block and d16y8 head. Put the motor in the car and everything seemed fine, until I took it for a test drive. The oil light came on and and about 5 mins later I heard a screeechhhing sound, and the car stalled. I tried to start it again and the car just cranked, wouldn't start!! I took it home, and checked the time, indeed it was off by like 3 teeth. Set it back in time and did a compression test (120) all the way across. I figured that I must have bent a couple of valves when they kissed the piston. So, I then took off the valve cover and also removed the rocker assembly. I also took the camshaft out and noticed right away that the cam jurnols where all scratched and groved. So I took the head off and bought a d16z6 head. Put the head on, and took it for a test drive. AGAIN the oil light came on and this time about 2 mins later the car stalled, but started up again. I tired to drive it home (3-4 mins away) and it stalled again and this time did not start, only cranked. Got it home, and right away did a compression test on it. the compression test results where 80 all the way across!! I checked the timing and it was off like crazy. I then set the car back in time and ran another compression test. This time it was at 120 all the way across. That was still not nearly enough. I then checked the clearnence of the valves. All my intake valves where too lose, and all the exhaust vavles where too tight. I did the valve adjustment and ran another compression test. This time it was 180 all the way across. I then replaced the timing belt, tensioner and spring. Took the car for a test drive, and I heard a valve ticking. I continued with the test drive and all of the sudden sccccccrrreeeettttttccchhh and the car stalled, and would not start. Took it home and ran compression test. 120 all the way across, timing was off again. At this point I was like **** this, I then took the valve cover off and the rocker assembly, and the camshaft. SAME as the y8 head, groved jurnols. I got under the car and took the oil pan off and there are BRONZE shavings at the bottom. Also looked at the oil pickup tube, and there was more dog hair in there then on my dog. I cleaned it out ofcourse. Put the oil pan back on. Now for the question. I know my camshaft was sezing up now because of the oil pickup tube. BUT why is there BRONZE shavings????? My main bearings are silver. not bronze. I Looked at the rocker jurnols and the only part that is bronze is the two ends (dizzy side, and camgear side). They are both scratched to hell. Could this be the bronze shavings?????..........whoa that was alot

the bearings are a bronze color under the silver color. check all your bearings, the silver wore off that's why you see bronze shavings.
