Default B16A...Blown? IDK!!!

Ok, this started about a month ago i noticed i could hear a difference in the way it turned over at starting. i also noticed a lot of oil dripping out from the breather on the valve cover. Did a compression test and the no.1 cylinder had about 70 . I thought it could of been my head gasket or valves so i pulled the head off cleaned up and re-seated the valves and changed my head gasket. Put it all back together and still had the same problem....I had my friends head lying around so i figured i would throw that on just to make sure it wasn't anything else in the head and it still does the same thing.....The only other thing i would think it is is my piston rings?? anyone have any ideas? i want to make sure i do not have anything else wrong before i pull the motor in this cold a$$ weather.
Thanks

Do another comp check but before you do, pour a bit of oil into the cylinder through the spark plug hole. Leave it for a minute so the oil has a chance to coat the whole circumference of the piston rings. Then crank it over again, if it's a big improvement from your established 70 psi, then it's 99% your piston rings that need replacing.

I did this on my B16A when I was comp checking it, #1,2 and 4 were all 200 psi and 3 was about 190 or so. I poured some oil into #3 and it went up to about 230 or 240. Huge difference. Keep in mind the engine was sitting on the floor, it hadn't been ran in a while so the 200 psi readings would be more if there was some oil on the cyl walls.

I bet the ring land on the piston is broken.

I did another compression test and it was fifty in the cyllender that was bad, then i squirted some oil in the cyllender and the compression bumped up to one hundred, im thinking its the rings and im gonna pull the engine this week....fun fun
