Default Broken water pump bolt!!!! HELP!!!!

I have a 95 gsr that needed a new water pump. In the process of placing it back on i over torqued the bolt and it snapped. I tried useing an easy-out. Ruined the bolt. Then tried to retapp the whole with a bigger size bolt and now the new water pump doesnt align..... A friend suggested JB Weld, tried it today and it didnt hold up. Does anyone have a good solution to this problem?

Drill the hole with the water pump bolted down so it will line up. Then tap it.

Gotta watch out for those 10mm. They will snap really easy if you are not careful.
