Default broken motor mounts on 94 gsr

I have a 94 gsr swap ready to go into my 92 hatch, but the rear rubber mount, the a/c rubber and lower tranny rubber mount are broken. I believe they are the torque mounts, my question is will they be useable after I put in the energy suspension urethane mount inserts, or i have to get new factory ones? I was already going to plan to get the inserts anyways. Please let me know need to get swap in.. thanks

thanks, also I forgot to mention I have the civic rubber torque mounts from the car as well, will they work with the gsr metal mounts or the energy suspension inserts?

your supposed to keep your civic front torque mounts. you can use the gsr ones; but your going to have to grind the petruding thingie..youll see

and yes, the are the same poly torque mounts for both
