When removing my knock sensor during a rebuild, I broke off the plastic end. I appears that all I did was break the two wires that soider to the plate off. The stem that reaches into the sensor seems to be OK. Can I just soider the two wires back onto the plate or do I need to purchase a new one? THANKS

 

What engine is it for? i have tried to fix them in the past with no luck. i have a new one here for d-series. Let me know what motor it is on.
