Default Breather issues

I bought a 94 Ls integral with a jdm front end conversion from a friend... It's needs work and I bought it to save it from s timely death... It's jerry rigged everywhere... Now I'm new to the Honda world and on top of the valve cover are three metal tubes that run in various directions.... The one end Is not connected to anything.... Does this end connect to the available port on the intake... And if not what should I do to fix it

This is the part I'm talking about... Upper left side of the engine... Three hoses run off of it

if one of those tubes is attached toe the valve cover on the other end then yes it is supposed to connect to the intake tube.
