Default Breather

Where does the breather go for a D series honda civic? I'm just curious to know what it does and how it improves performace. I hope you people can help..... can you also post pics? Thanks!!

it goes on the tube from the valve cover to the intake.
it dosent to jack S#*% for performance. it probably hurts it because oil can come out of the breather.
i took mine off a while ago.

over time, it will help reduce PCV drainage into the manifold and burning
oil fumes in the motor. if you have increased compression and/or revs
this will help reduce the possibility of detonation of PCV fumes.

I suggest one, they are only like 2-5 bucks man I ran mine on the back
of the stock breather that connects to the stock intake tube. It is hidden
from view.

If you are having problems with detonation of PCV fumes, or carbon buildup in your TB and Intake manifold.. just get an oil catch can.
