Default to break the glaze or not? installing standard size pistons.

i am installing standard size low compression nippon pistons and fresh rings in a gsr block, some people say to not bother breaking the glaze in the cyl wall with a berry bush or stone hone or even fine sandpaper, i have always scuffed them in the past in other non honda motors. so i figured i would ask here if you guys suggest scuffing or letting the glaze alone.

I would do it to guarantee a nice crosshatch to seat your new rings.
