Default brakes stick.. New everything

ok so long story short i picked this car up as a project Its a 95 Gsr
the previous owner got the engine bay painted and at the time did a abs delete replace the front brake lines and prop valve. It looks like its a brand new master cylinder.

To start off i had a hell of a time getting brakes to work the lines were all switched up and wouldn't bleed lines were ran wrong into prop valve. ended up gettn that fixed brakes bled and worked fine for a couple miles before pretty much locking up and Fried my front rotors.
so i figured since the bolts weren't in the calipars figured air got in and locked them up or something.
so all new calipars all new brake pads all new rotors wallets empty

SO NOW THIS IS WHATS HAPPENING NOW

i drive a few miles and everything seems to be fine brakes work fine and release just fine don't stick AT ALL. seems like i barely have to tap the brake and they stop instantly work really good. but after a few miles the brakes start to lock up/stick ALL FOUR WHEELS!!!
they will smoke a lil bit course i don't drive it far at all once it starts to stick.but if i let the car sit for maybe 5 6 hours or longer all brakes are loosened up and i pretty much go though the same proces again. when the brakes worked fine and didn't stick at all I DIDNT USE THE BRAKE PEDAL AT ALL. only downshifted and slight ebrake. and STILL it started to stick after a few miles.

WOULD IS THE CULPRIT???
i have seen so many different people on fourms say different things then other people are like no no no
heres what ive learned.
when doing abs deleted do you have to chage the booster? i read where a guy said the rod that sticks out of the booster is a different size and his friend had same probloem but another guy said he never changed booster on abs delete and everything worked fine.

Is there some kind of mechanism int he prop valve that could be holding pressure on my brakes prop valve bad? master cylinder keeping pressure on brakes? if posibly the booster anyone have the part number for abs and non abs boosters so i can see which one it is

im pretty sure its either brake booster master cylinder or prop valve.
i have just put so much money and time into this car and don't really have money to replace them all. im trying to see if theres anyone out there that knows what would be causing this
thanks for reading~!
