Default Brakes are squealing badly!

My front brakes on my integra have been squealing recently. i have sprayed them with water to remove all the brake dust but they still squeal. I checked the thickness of the pads and they are a little less than 1/4 inch thick, both outer and inner. They are PBR/Axxis metal masters. Are they bad pads or what?
Thanks

Water??? You should use brake cleaner. Take the pads off and put some brake squeal lube on them and check the calipers and make sure there are no foreign objects(rocks..etc) wedged in anywhere. If that doesn't work get some new pads and have the rotors turned.

it sounds like you need to get new brake pads and have the rotors resurfaced so you have nice new surfaces against one another. if you want to try to last a little longer on your old pads you should sand the glaze off of the pads if there glazed
