Default brake light digram, no brake lights

hi guys, newb to honda-tech! yay!

i just recently bought an 88integra with the 5 spd and got a really good deal, and i found out why i got such a good deal

the biggest problem i have is that i have no brake lights, the rear lamps light up with the rest of the lights but when the break is applied the the brake light doesnt light up.

second, the horn doesnot work, after looking at the diagram on the back of the interior fuse cover the horn and brake lights run on the same fuse. checked the fuse, and it is fine, checked to see if the fuse gets power with mulimeter and only gets 5v when its on a 12v circuit(relay maybe??)

the Haynes manual that came with the car does not have a wiring diagram of much so im looking for a wiring digram for the brake lights

also checked for loose wires behind the fuse pannel, nada arg. so my guess would be bad wiring back to the lights but i dunno a few of my honda buddies are stupped.

any info, suggestion, diagrams would be awsome

thanks in advance

Sorry I don't have a wiring drawing for '88. Often when the voltages are flaky, it's open grounds.

sorry, i rechecked everything.

I have 5v at both the cruise and brake light switch on the brake pedal (they're 2 switches in 1 assembly).
I have 12v at the fuse. I have a good ground at the back lights and the + wire is conductive...

my horn, cruise and my brake lights don't work.
i know the horn and brakes are on the same circuit, so if anyone has the wire colors and where in the harness around the fusebox and where the brake light relay is. (there has to be one if I only have exactly 5v at the brake switch, right?)

help! thanks!
