I don't have a honda but the theory is still the same:
I replaced my brakes wtih Powerslot rotors and Carbotech Bobcat pads all the way around, they are bedded and broken in, this was about 800 miles ago, and yesterday i put some stainless steel lines and bled the lines with motul 600 brake fluid.
and it feels like i have brake pressure but the car doesn't want to stop? I don't know what to do.

what d.o.t. spec is this fluid and did you drain your system before installing the new fluid? sine brake fluids are not compatible the only fluid that is compatible to d.o.t. 3 or 4 is d.o.t. 5.1 dot 5 is a siliate base and is not compatible with 3or 4

yep they are. are all your hoses straight and not kinked or twisted? also if you have a laser pyrometer you can drive the hell out of the brakes and check to see if you have one or more that are cool. this would indicate a imbalance caused by improper bleeding or mechanical failure of the slides or caliper ect. hope this helps.

I know this sounds stupid but did you install all the pads properly.
Did you bleed them again</TD></TR></TABLE>
Yah i installed them properly and I made sure the fluid never ran out.
