what's the difference between boreing out your stock tb n buying a bored tb from an aftermarket company say JG or spoon or wutever?
of course both will have same size

some people prefer to buy an aftermarket one so they can go back to stock if needed really. If you had it bored properly to the same specs as say the jg or spoon then it will flow very similiar if not exactly the same
dont bore it yourself, have a machine shop do it, we had a v8 bored out .30 over for our 1979 jeep cj5 and it runs great, just like new, should be fine on a 4 cylinder to, didnt cost that much, i will probly have it done to my del sol when i do my mini me swap!
yes it will be done by a professional n also comes with a new throttle plate
so what's the diff between that n an aftermarket?
other than it cost 100-200 dollars more
