Default bore alignment on cam journals

I've read this is possible. Deal is i got a deal on a b16 head, has no cam caps. Can't i find others and have it bore aligned (if thats what its called), basically to get the journals back straight so i can use the head again?

i have mixed them from different heads before and know other people that have as well without any issues. I have repaired a few heads that were scored pretty bad and they ran without any problems. might sound gangster but i have even taken some old camshafts and put them in the head with some valve lapping compound on them and put the cam caps on extremely loose(barely hand tight) and turned the cams over a few times. I wouldnt do this in my race motor, but it was either make do or throw away and these motors have lasted without issues.....

I would install the caps and take it to a machine shop to find out how much runout you have. Then mic your cams...I think honda specs are 2-3 thousands...don't qoute me on that tho you might want to have the machinist look it up.
