Default interchange cam caps

I'm replacing my GSR head with a b16a (2nd gen) head. The head tha tI'm thinking of buying does not have the cam caps. Could I use my GSR ones? Will they fit and oil alright?

you could use them but your going to have to get them line honed or you could have problems with cam journal wear.

Is this 100% going to be needed? Can I perhaps get lucky and find a set that will work?

I found some OBDII b16 cam cap that I can use... but they're from a different head. Can I visually tell if there will be an issue by placing them on the head and looking in the holes to see if everything lines up? Should I use some plastiguage to check the clearances with the cam installed?

I am a safe then sorry kind of person, It's $200 to get the caps honed VS $$ for a neww head and cams if they get chewed up. Anything is possible.
