Default booster or master cylinder

I just got a 1" mastercylinder and booster from a junkyard. When I'm driving, I always get good pedal pressure if I brake and let go. But if I don't let go and just keep pressuring the brake the pedal, it will sink gradually to the bottom. I'm 100% sure there are no air in the fluid......What do you guys think?? The MC or the booster?

If you didnt change the slave then its probably a bad master that you got from the yard. Check under the dash at the firewall and see if you can see any fluid. that would be a sure sign. I highly doubt the booster is bad, they last forever.

Try checking your fluid level then push the pedal down to the floor a few times. Then check your fluid level again, you may have a leak somewhere. If not I suspect the master cylinder is crap.

So you guys are betting on the MC and not the Booster? Any test I can perform to find out which went bad?
