Is this Book any good?
I have it, its cool to learn about performance and what not, its not really much of a how-to manual like I was hoping it would be. Very imformative though, you learn about how the motor works and how to get the best out of it. Also has a swap guide that explains what will fit into what and what you'll need to get it to work, pretty neat. Heres the chapter list so you can get a general idea.
1.Basic Engine theory
2. Bolt-on mods
3. Cylinder Heads
4. Bottom-end modifications
5. Hauling Hybrids
6. Hot street combo's
7. Nitrous Oxide Injection
8. Supercharging the honda engine
9. Turbo charging ....
10. All-out all motors

I'd imagine it's pretty good and probably gets pretty technical. I was on http://www.Se-R.net when I used to have a Sentra. Mike Kojima used to post on that site and was always very helpful.
Speaks too generally and not enough about details on processes and procedures.
"Engine Blueprinting" is a decent book to familiarize yourself with the many components and processes of blueprinting and rebuilding. Still not the best because it's not Honda specific, but you can definitely apply what you learn from teh book.

the book is cool to read when you're taking a poop. Not something you keep in the garage next to the helms or anything, but still cool. Kinda outdated now though. . .
