Default bolt stuck in head

hey my damn bolt snapped off the vtec silinoid and i was wondering i heard that you can get it out with an EZ out or Easy out.. or something like that... i was wondering if this was true and how does it work? and where would i buy one.. tahnks

Buy it at Sears. You drill a hole in the broken bolt, then put the EZOUT into the hole and turn it.

sears didnt have it???
im surprised, thats where i bought mine, its a bolt extraxtor kit, for the good craftsman is like $39.99 for four different sizes.

You might be able to get it out with a magnetic pick up tool (and optional PB Blaster). As far as I can remember, the solenoid bolts don't have much threading resistance.

sometimes if the bolt doesn't have too much torque on it just drilling it for the extracter will take it out for you, just be very careful when doing this. you don't want to break the drill bit in there, good luck gloria
