Well I put a stock odbo exhaust manifold and stock 2000 civic si cat on my car to hopefully pass emissions. My car is an89 crx w/ obd0 b16a. I have 2 exygen sensors and there is no codes or ecu blinks. The car sputters and bucks 3k rpms unless you mash it past and then it works fine. I want to know any possible solutions to this problem because Iam stumped. thanks.

 

try swapping the plugs on your tps and map sensors. That's where I always start when I have similar symptoms.
