Default bogging issue/white smoke

ok... wierd issue with my car.

i was driving to work this morning. everything was fine.. .car was warmed up and everything. i got on the highway and then all of a sudden the car starts to bog. the car sounded like a wrx and the rpm gauge was slightly jumping slightly. the car started to loose speed. i look in my rear view mirror... and white smoke spewing out the exhaust, and the temp gauge went to cold.

i pull over... and after i rev the motor slightly for a few seconds.. the car is perfect..

so i open the hood and everything is fine. coolant level is perfect...everything is all good.

so i get back on the road. then i try to accelerate and the car breaks up like before... then goes away...

it keeps going and coming back etc. im sooo lost. im on the same tank of gas since saturday, and i now the car is running fine!

i just took it for a spin and everything is fine. im sooo lost right now!

if it was a headgasket... the smoke will be consistant and the the car will run like **** continuously, so i dont know what can be wrong.

any suggestions?
