Default bogging car

Ok, this is the other problem with my damn honda. When I come to a complete stop at a light or something and I try to accelerate, the car seems to stumble or something. The rpms are going up, but the car doesn't seem to move very well. Whats wrong??!?!

Sounds like a slipping clutch. The rpms move but the car doesn't?
