Head Gasket?
Okay guys? My car is overheating at highwat speeds but not sitting in traffic. WTF? There seems to be a little bit of oil in the coolant but no collant in th oil. I checked the coolant this morning and it was very low but there are no leaks anywhere. I'm thinking head gasket. How do I know for sure? Compression check? Thanks.

Sounds like your head gasket is leaking. Check your exhaust for sweet-smelling, thick, white smoke if you need any further proof. Changing a head gasket on a Honda takes about 3 hours and a case of beer/pop/milk/urine/whatever. Buy a copper gasket and change that sumbitch.

Damn, gotta take turbo off and all kinds of ****. The motor was just rebuilt last year, maybe I need a better head gasket than the OEM one.

Re: (redcivic)
Ha. I have replaced 2 in the past month and this weekend will be the third. It's not the turbo, it's the blockguard. The first time was the damn blockguard(my fault, didn't put it down far enough), the second time was the blockguard(drilled the holes bigger in my cheapass blockguard), the third time was my dumbass not getting the head on straight as I was putting it back together the second time(oil leak). I can rip that thing apart and put it back together in like 2 hours now.
