Default Blowing a fuse

does anyone know a easy way to blow a fuse or break a fuse instead of smashing it so that if i put it in the fuse box in the car it will not work. Oh and if i can blow or break the ECU fuse will the car start?.

Get a jumper that's a little longer than post to post.
Connect jumper to neg terminal and attach other end to fuse
Then touch positive
Fuse becomes the load then blows.

This guy is obviously up to no good and your telling him how to do this. Why would someone just want to blow a fuse in the first place? Sounds like a lame joke to me.

i've seen a blown ecu fuse on my parent's accord v6 automatic and the car ran but ran like ****! it didn't seem to change gears at the right time and i'm sure the a/f ratio was all kinds of out of wack...
