Default BLock Guards

I blew my headgasket lastnite so i was thinking i should get a block guard while i'm at it when the heads off. I been reading that the block guard doesn't really help but has one used it and had any problem? If not i out get it just to have a peice of mind.

Don't install it with out being able to hone the bores round again. You can't believe how easy it is to distort a Honda cylinder.I have fixed a couple engines that were hurt from backyard block guard installation.
