black residue in radiator

black residue in radiator
ok it looks like lil spots of oil. my oil is black as hell need to change it and it looks like the same color in my radiator. not alot just lil streams might flow by. i think its oil.? any suggestions? i thought when oil and antifreeze mix u get a creamy looking residue
