billet vs. forged???
i would imagine that there relatively the same.
billet=a forged block of aluminum, the has been milled to spec.
forged=a piece of aluminum that was forged into shape with dies, then slightly machined for wrist pins, ring relifes, etc. or atleast i think so.
id think billet would be more balanced, but im prolly wrong. but you wanted opinions?

Well I know of a 68 camero ss drag car that puts out anbout 1800 HP, motor built by Mosler (yes MOSLER the road race company) and it uses billet rods the size of a baseball bat
