Default big problem

aight i was workin on the motor last night when a friend was puttin the valve cover back on... when he broke one of the bolts... no we tried to drill it out.. didnt work... soo we plugged the hole and started it up... didnt leak oil ... so just wanted to know if its safe to drive around with for awhile untill i get it fixed...????

As long as it's not leaking it should be fine... Get a screw extractor, I'm sure you'll be able to get it out with one... Good Luck

Uhm, if you are talking about the studs that come out of the valve cover that you put the nuts on, then those shouldn't be drilled out. They bolt into the cam caps. You can remove them with a 12mm socket.
