Best speed for DSL to down/upload video???
OK OK OK, I know this is the Tech forum. So I figured some of you might help me out. I'm interested in dowloading racing movies, Pro and amateur. And want to know what a good speed for the DSL would be without killing my wallet is? Being that the faster the more expensive.

Go for the cheapest connection first. The rated speed is usually the minimum speed. A lot of people will be able to DL at faster rates than the minimum. I have broadband cable and I am able to DL up to 3mbps or 375KBps. The rated speed they quoted for my service was much lower than that.
