The shop I got my engine from sent me an OBD-II ecu with a 95 JDM GSR engine... you do the math.... anyway I want a new ECU (obviously). I will be getting a Skunk2 intake mani so i want one that runs well with single runner intake manis. Anyone heard much about the AEM units? Any suggestions? Ill be running a built block with 12.5:1 CR, and the regular bolt ons, stock head. Thanks!

You better have a laptop and know what the hell you're doing if you spend the $$$ on the AEM ECU. Have a look at Hondata's stuff.

 

if you want to go cheaper then get a p-28 reprogramed and if your gonna be runnin above 12 compression go with the mugen program

 

vafc and any obd 1 ecu (p72 or P28)

 

I would go with a custom program on a P28 or if you feel like spending a little bit of money look into a Hondata system. Hondata Stage 4 has a lot of parameters.
