Default Bent vavles

here is another peachie story

on a B-series motor ...how much rpm would it take to actually bend a valve if the woodruff key was not in the cam ...

for instance this happened while idleing and the motor was reved and stopped ,...end result was the intake cam slipped

just starting would most likely bend the valves, depending on where the cams were.

How and why was the key missing?

those motors have a 50/50 chance of bending valves so if you started it like that you will have bent valves
