Default valves chattering

i have a gsr head, it has valvesprings and retainers, and am using rs machine stage 3 cams. i am in the process of breaking the motor in, taking it easy for 500-600 miles. the valves were adjusted to
.007 intake/.007 exhaust on these cams, just recently the valves got a little noisy, just wondering if this is normal or do the valves need to be adjusted again. i was going to adjust them this weekend to .007intake/.009 exhaust. so should i just leave it alone, adjust them and what is a good int/exh valve clearance for those cams? this is my first b-series so i need a little feedback from some vets. sorry no cam specs.
