Shitty idle, shitty power, shitty compression test figures.

The symptoms you guys describe, could this be also a result of valves that need adjustment?

you should see a little smoke coming out of the exhaust. i would try to get the valve adjusted 1st before going through installing new ones.

Well hopefully I dont have a bent valve considering i dont have many of the symptoms you guys describe maybe except power loss. What happened was there was a bad leak in my windshield. I had about a inch of standing water in my car next to the ECU. I pulled out the LS ECU and let it dry off but I really had to get to class and threw in my DX ECU. Everything was all good. Then I decided to go wide open throttle, and for the first time I saw A/F gauge go lean bad. I checked my plugs they were toast, and my distributor rotor looked fucked as well. I replace them, but I still have a bog from 3000-3500 rpms.

Did you check your coils? Especially if your engine is a Vtec and the DX brain wasn't, they might be damaged. The Vtec's put in different voltage at different times than the non-Vtec's so you might have sent too few or too much. Also, check the wiring, you may have shorted the Vtec wiring out since I don't think the DX was a Vtec was it?

I am using a external blaster coil from MSD, and I have a OBD-1 LS motor, so no vtec. Is there a way i can test the coil with my multimeter?

Yes you can check the resistance w/ a multimeter. Test both primary and secondary winding coils. Since the secondary coil is a higher resistance (20K ohms+), you might find a digital multimeter more useful than an analog one though.
